How to Return  

 

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product, please contact customer service within 14 days after receipt of the goods to arrange return and refund. Buyers are responsible for return postage.

Please take care to make sure the shoes are clean and intact. It is recommended that customers try on shoes on carpet to avoid wear

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

We take quality, ordering and customer experience extremely seriously. However on the very rare occassions where the items are damaged or incorrect at the time when you receive them, please contact us immediately, we will arrange exchange or refund at no additional cost.

 

 

Exchanges  

 

If the shoes don't fit, we will exchange for the correct size at no cost if you notify us within 7 days of receipt.

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to notify us of your request for exchange. For exchange beyond 7 days buyers are responsible for return and re-shipping cost. An order can be exchanged once only.

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel Service. Express service is available at additional cost. Please select shipping option at point of check out

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

Customs duties vary by country however the recipient of the shoes is responsible for any customs duties and other charges. It is recommended that buyers consult customs authorities for clarification on duties and fees.
